An Update for you all.

So I've been with SSE for over a year now, and had little or no problems until a few months ago when I noticed slow downs whilst video calling, slow connectivity etc, but only whilst connected to wireless.
So I jumped onto the forum and got some great feedback and conducted many many tests using testmy.net and fast.com, and found that the speeds I was getting were atrocious. I'm talking 1.6mb, 4mb, 5.6mb etc., all after 8pm.
I logged a call and waited for a call back... NOTHING. So I opted to post on their FB page until someone took notice, and boy did they.
I have to say the social media team were great, and they worked hard to rectify and try and diagnose the issues, however, they didn't seem to understand or want to understand that traffic shaping/contention on the line etc. was the main cause of the issue.
I kept on going, pushing to have a get out clause, and or rectify the issue. So I was offered the option to be moved to the TTB network, so I thought hey why not. I was told that not many people were on the network. I did ask if this was managed by Daisy, but I didn't get a direct answer at the time. Only later to find out that it was also managed by these guys.
Anyway the migration happened after a few failed attempts and the service was GREAT for about 2/3 weeks... low an behold as of last week I started to notice slow downs again.
basically the same speed issues I was getting previously, on a new network with less contention supposedly. I wonder how many people have been moved to the TTB network and promised that the issues were/are resolved.
Anyway I've had enough and decided that I am now going to find a new supplier, I'm currently deciding between cloudscape connect and spitfire (we use spitfire at work and they are good).
Anyway here's a few speed tests as of the last few days to give you an idea of the speeds I'm getting with an ethernet cable plugged in.
