I switched to SSE from Plusnet yesterday but there was no communication from SSE telling me the switch date, time etc. But once the Plusnet broadband went down I was able to plug in the SSE router and off it went, 50% speed increase from Plusnet. So far so good. the phone service switched without noticing. Generally very smooth transition.

My Plusnet connection stayed on for almost a week after migration, not sure how??? I was on holiday at the time, but my webcam continued broadcasting until I got home and disconnected the session.

No communication as such from SSE either, only a email from +Net saying when my connection with them would cease.
