I'm hoping so. Late afternoon speeds have definitely stabilised and it is taking until about 9pm to see the slowdowns now:

I don't have the anti virus package, prefer to use my own (didn't know SSE provided it either).

isnt the think broadband test one thats whitelisted ? are other ones recording the same for you ?
