My simplistic point of view says, why don't SSE see what was happening on my account last week and work out what has changed since to give dire speeds again.

No,i need to find a new deal somewhere else first , so they have given me time , to be fair to them they have been very good and did everything they promised, just it took a few weeks to get where i am now
